Hotel Piccadilly has carried out a project with the support of the European Union – Next Generation EU, under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP), with the aim of promoting energy sustainability for SMEs.
The intervention involved the installation of a photovoltaic system at Hotel Piccadilly, designed to enable the self-production of electricity from renewable sources. With a capacity of approximately 20 kWp, the system allows the hotel to cover a significant portion of its energy needs, reducing reliance on the electricity grid.
This solution helps lower operating costs and improves the overall energy efficiency of the property. The project also contributes to reducing CO₂ emissions and supports the use of clean energy, in line with European climate objectives.
This investment represents a concrete step towards a more sustainable and responsible model of hospitality, while enhancing the competitiveness of the business.
